Enter the Block Arcade from the Elizabeth Street entrance and come to Level 2. Lift 3 is on your right hand side as soon as you enter the Block Arcade.

Once you reach Level 2, make your way to the right and follow the signs to our office. See our detailed directions below.

There’s no carpark in our building, but there are many car parks located nearby. However, it may be easier to reach us by public transport.

We’re a short walk from Flinders St Station, as well as many tram stops along Elizabeth, Swanston and Collins Streets.

However, because we’re a small family business, sometimes we have meetings and have to close the office. Please ensure you email us, or give us a call if you’d like to speak about organising a Japan travel package for you and your family, or your school or group.

We’re generally not open on public holidays. For any special opening/closing times, please refer to our opening times which we keep updated on Google.

If you’d like to visit us outside of our standard operating hours, please let us know. We try to be flexible and are happy to open late for any reasonable request.

Alternatively, we’re happy to chat with you over the phone or communicate with you via email if that makes it easier for you.

Enter The Block Arcade from the Elizabeth Street entrance. The entrance is right in the middle between Collins and Little Collins Sts.

The street number is 98 – 102, but you won’t see the numbers on the building.

Once you’ve entered the arcade, go to the right of the steps that are immediately in front of you. You might see an alpaca or some sheep hanging around the area!

Behind the pylon, you’ll see the lift. That’s lift number 3 and that’s where you want to be.

Once you’re in the lift, head to Level 2.

When you exit the lift on the second floor, you’ll see the signboard with office names on it. Follow the signs to the right, and don’t be afraid just to push your way through the fire door.
